🎯 Requirements

•MST, J.D. or LLM with 5+ years of experience at a large multinational corporation or law/public accounting firms •Knowledge of partnership rules under Subchapter K and U.S. consolidated income tax rules •Experience in power and utility / renewable energy industry is strongly preferred •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate complex tax matters with executive leadership •Self-starter - willing to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively across the Company •A note on qualifications: Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they are able to perform every task in the job description.
