📋 Description
•Personal Maturing disciple of Jesus Christ: growing in love for God •Be a lifelong learner who prizes the discipleship of the mind •Conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, and other discovery techniques •Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions •Conduct generative and evaluative research •Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes •Collaborate with Editorial and Design teams •Ensure designs follow the Digital Design System •Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately •Work effectively with supervisors, national leaders, and cross-functional teams •Communicate design ideas, thought processes, and decisions clearly •Follow all organizational policies, procedures, and best practices
