• At Interview Kickstart, we aim to revolutionize the way candidates prepare for interviews in the highly competitive tech industry. • As the intern of Growth Marketing, you will lead our email & whatsapp marketing strategy to engage our audience, nurture leads, and drive conversions. • Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to reactivate dormant leads and nurture active prospects, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing objectives. • Manage the journey orchestrations, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis. • Create engaging email & whatsapp content and design templates that resonate with our target audience. • Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Hubspot, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Drive creative excellence to uplift the performance of campaigns. • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and optimize our email marketing efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid). • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that drive engagement. • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
