Description

• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices. • Maintain and manage compensation data and databases. • Assist in the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs. • Review and ensure compliance with compensation policies, regulations and best practices. • Provide guidance and support to People business partners and management on compensation-related inquiries. • Develop and deliver communication materials related to compensation programs. • Lead or participate in special projects related to compensation. • Evaluate and streamline processes that impact compensation process execution to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in compensation or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Proficiency in compensation management software. • Advanced Excel proficiency required • Knowledge of compensation trends, best practices, and legal regulations. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
