β’ Executes marketing and communication campaign plans including campaign tactics, creative assets, and overall messaging. Supports adherence to those plans through consistent and proactive communication to all project stakeholders, while prioritizing the most critical and timely initiatives. β’ Delivers targeted B2B communication initiatives, including content creation, newsletters, email communications, and intranet updates to drive engagement among existing B2B partners. β’ Executes provider and payer-facing events and webinars in partnership with internal stakeholders including content development, communication plans, event promotion, and marketing collateral for both existing and prospective audiences. β’ Measures campaign performance through established metrics and key performance indicators and identifies opportunities for improvement. β’ Strengthens adoption and retention of the Interwell Health brand and sub-brands through clear, consistent, and compelling messaging across all B2B channels. β’ Facilitates the execution of creative assets by developing detailed project and creative briefs with clear direction to ensure the deliverable supports the campaign objective and overall narrative. β’ Cultivates relationships with internal stakeholders, including Growth, Account Management, Network Development, Provider Operations, Program Managers, Product and the Medical Office to deliver shared goals.
