Description

• Interwell Health is a kidney care management company aiming to improve healthcare outcomes. • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Flows, and APIs. • Implement best DevOps practices to streamline releases, version control, and environment management. • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce developers and administrators. • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code aligned with best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. • Lead automation initiatives for testing and deployment using tools like Tosca, Selenium. • Drive the adoption of Health Cloud and Data Cloud solutions for data-driven insights. • Translate technical concepts into actionable steps for stakeholders. • Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes clearly to leadership and business teams. • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, tools, and emerging trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, Integration Architect • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with proficiency in LWC, Apex, and Flows. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Copado, Gearset). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development. • Proven experience leading technical teams and conducting code reviews. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. • Previous full-stack development experience (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, and SQL) • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
