Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Extensive experience (5+ years) in Salesforce development, with a focus on complex, enterprise-scale solutions. • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer 1 and 2 are highly preferred. • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization options. • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, Java, JavaScript). • Strong understanding of integration patterns, web services, and API-based integrations. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. • Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams in a collaborative environment. • Experience with Copado and Jira is preferred. • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Experience working with Federal agencies is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. • Candidates will need to obtain Security Clearance of Public Trust once hired.
