• 8+ years of enterprise software delivery experience. • 5+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience, including leading complex projects involving customization and integrations. • In-depth knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform. • Strong background in SalesTech, MarTech, CSTech platforms. Salesforce Expert is a must, Hubspot and adjacent technologies are helpful as well. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to delegate tasks effectively to team members. • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally. • Experience in pre-sales activities and creating actionable project plans. • Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce System Architect, Data Architect, Platform Developer
