Description

• Pathpoint is building the modern distribution infrastructure for the $120B E&S insurance market. • We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Lead to join our team and manage streamlining and automating operational processes in Novidea. • The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Salesforce platform including both APEX code and Salesforce’s native low-code/no-code functionality. • You'll work closely with software engineers that build and maintain code that integrates with Novidea to power functionality on our agent facing distribution and underwriting platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in Salesforce development, configuration, and automation. • Experience designing and implementing workflow automation in Salesforce. • Experience building and maintaining automations in Apex, Flows, and Orchestrations. • Expertise with Salesforce reporting and data modeling. • Experience shipping features and code in Salesforce. • Ability to collaborate directly with Insurance operators to drive change and development. • Knowledge of the insurance industry is not required nor expected, but could be a nice to have.
