• Intetics Inc, a leading global technology company, seeks a talented UX Researcher. • Conduct user, competitor, and marketing research, and educate on user-centered design. • Collaborate with teams to validate design decisions and direct product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a related field • Must have a portfolio of work representing research that influenced insights or experiences • Experience with Maze, Heap, Logrocket, Respondent, SurveyMonkey, or similar research tools • Curious and passionate about innovation and implementing the latest UX research methods • Gain domain knowledge and accurately explain the reasons behind user behavior to articulate the root cause of why things are happening • Familiarity with JTBD and User Persona frameworks • Use a variety of documentation and presentation skills to communicate insights and share with key stakeholders, product and UX teams • Plan and execute complex research projects independently, from the beginning (recruitment) till the end (reporting, presenting to multiple internal tech and business stakeholders) • Communicate well in English, both speaking and writing (at least B2) • Strong organizational skills • Self-motivated • Familiarity with Design Thinking practices and VPC framework (Preferred) • Experience in competitors and marketing research (Preferred)
