• As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in helping organizations navigate Identity and Access Management (IAM) challenges • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals • Design and propose customised IAM software vendor and Intragen service solutions that align with client needs • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (PoC) • Build relationships with clients by addressing technical queries and showcasing solution benefits • Partner with the sales team to create compelling proposals and respond to RFPs • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during client discussions • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Advanced certifications in relevant IT Solutions such as IAM vendors • 3–5 years in pre-sales, consulting, or related roles in the IT industry • Hands-on experience with software and service delivery • Knowledge of relevant IAM software platforms • Strong knowledge of IAM software market, cloud platforms and Enterprise systems • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (spoken and written) • Problem-solving mindset and ability to simplify complex concepts • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
