📋 Description
• Lead clients through IAM deployments, ensuring alignment with business needs and security objectives. • Design and implement IAM solutions that deliver measurable value and support strategic business growth. • Assist clients in developing IAM governance frameworks to meet compliance requirements and industry best practices. • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring IAM solutions meet expectations and drive security improvements. • Conduct workshops and presentations to educate stakeholders on IAM best practices and emerging trends. • Architect, implement, and optimize Entra ID solutions, including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). • Manage escalated IAM issues, driving continuous improvement in resolution processes. • Translate complex IAM concepts into business-friendly terms for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure IAM initiatives align with client priorities. • Drive IAM process improvements to enhance security posture and operational efficiency. • Guide and support IAM consultants, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth. • Stay updated on the latest IAM trends and technologies, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry changes.
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in complex enterprise environments. • Deep understanding of IAM principles, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), and modern identity security frameworks. • Hands-on expertise with Entra ID Connect, ADFS, and identity synchronization. • Strong background in Microsoft Security Stack, including Defender for Identity, Microsoft Sentinel, and Intune. • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and advanced configuration. • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into robust technical solutions. • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding teams and stakeholders through complex IAM transformations. • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator) are highly desirable. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive security initiatives at the highest levels.
