Description

• Responsible for performing varied test efforts • Interfacing with Engine/Platform development • Test execution, analysis and sign off • Create and maintain test cases and QA documentation • Embed with development team on specific technical game disciplines • Plan the test sprint for specific disciplines • Create the test criteria based on backlog stories • Track game defects and errors to ensure resolution • Verify bug fixes and update database • Provide qualitative feedback to development team

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical game testing experience in PC gaming platforms • Demonstrated ability in testing within Unreal Engine • Familiarity with basic programming fundamentals (C++, Python) • Strong understanding of game/software development cycles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Detail oriented and has great problem solving abilities • Self-starter, driven and has a strong work ethic • Passionate about video games • Experience in MMORPG games • Experience in Agile methodology • Experience in writing Acceptance Criteria • Proficient in Jira • Passion for learning and process improvement
