• Manage the process of moving digital projects from concept to execution and evaluation • Build rapport and manage relationships with internal team members and clients • Generate and maintain client project schedules • Act as a client advocate within the agency • Create, scope, maintain, and track key project timelines and budget • Champion proper usage of time management • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of digital strategy and execution • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines • Understanding of client relationships • Hands on experience with software/web/ecommerce development • Experience working for a web or creative agency • Experience in sales or working with a sales team • Familiarity with Google Workspace • Knowledge of HTML and CSS • Knowledge of UX and responsive design • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics and Digital Marketing strategies
