• At inventYOU, we are dedicated to empowering businesses through cutting-edge IT solutions and expert analysis. • We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst who can lead the requirements engineering process. • Manage the full requirements engineering life cycle, including gathering, documenting, analyzing, and verifying requirements. • Define both functional and non-functional requirements, creating use cases and user stories. • Design solutions using BX flows, UML diagrams, wireframing, and prototyping. • Conduct impact and gap analysis to manage potential changes. • Develop and specify integrations such as APIs or file-based solutions. • Define and execute UAT test scenarios and cases. • Engage with various teams and stakeholders to oversee smooth handover to implementation teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, especially in requirements engineering and solution design. • Familiarity with tools and methodologies like BX flows, UML, wireframing, and prototyping. • Strong understanding of system integration specifications (e.g., API, file-based integrations). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding communication skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
