📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with diaspora communities, community leaders, cultural organizations, and influencers. • Execute community-focused actions to nurture a strong user base. • Organise and participate in local events to promote services. • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organisations. • Negotiate and manage partnerships for mutual benefits. • Act as a brand ambassador representing professionalism and enthusiasm. • Develop, execute and iterate on comprehensive social media strategy. • Ideate and create high-quality written and visual content. • Oversee engagement across all platforms and foster a positive online community. • Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in community building, social media management, and digital content creation. • Expertise in managing and growing communities. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and business growth. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Buffer). • Positive energy with a "can do" attitude. • Willingness to travel and work some weekends. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
