Description

• Help Clients identify improvement opportunities for their models. • Consult with clients to understand their business goals and AI performance. • Create comprehensive diagnostics of their AI programming and data shortcomings. • Develop data plans to improve model performance. • Manage complex projects and ensure capacity for expected work volumes. • Help stakeholders define and measure the ROI of AI Training strategies. • Implement ongoing ROI measures for various strategies. • Innovate on process design to improve AI training best practices. • Collaborate with team members to drive improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a data-centric, client-facing role. • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service • Deep understanding of data science, research techniques, and statistics. • General knowledge of AI and Linguistic • Strong management and leadership skills • Experience in capacity planning and project management • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work remotely and manage teams without in-person interaction • Ability to think strategically in complex and difficult situations • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks; be open and flexible on schedules
