• Established in 1994, NeuGroup is the premier membership organization for Treasury and Finance professionals. • We create opportunities for our members to exchange knowledge and best practices. • IT Analyst in Business Operations will analyze, implement, and maintain IT processes and systems. • This role ensures that IT services are efficient, secure, and aligned with business objectives. • Key Responsibilities include ensuring high data quality and managing IT infrastructure. • Develop dashboards and visualizations for data-driven decisions. • Lead strategic IT projects and negotiate with vendors. • Enforce security protocols and manage the company’s knowledge base. • Occasionally build and maintain API integrations between IT systems. • Relevant Systems include Salesforce, Office 365, and others.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role within business operations. • Strong understanding of IT systems, business processes, and data analysis, specifically Salesforce • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with various stakeholders.
