Description

• Seeking an experienced Digital Product Design Manager to lead our design team. • Drive the design vision and ensure a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred • 5+ years in digital product design, including 3+ years in management • Strong UX/UI portfolio and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with Wireframing, User Testing, and design processes • Leadership skills for managing and mentoring a design team • Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with Agile methodology, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence • Experience with responsive design, especially for mobile • Passion for design trends and new technologies
