Description
• Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy • Drive performance and alignment across sales and marketing functions • Collaborate with Customer Success Department to develop retention and expansion strategies • Utilize a data-driven approach and ROI mentality to evaluate and monitor go-to-market activities • Scale the sales organization by recruiting, training, and retaining a skilled team • Collaborate with sales management to optimize selling processes • Work closely with Head of Marketing to develop marketing strategies • Leverage market research to define ideal customer profile and assess new business verticals
Requirements
• Demonstrated history of scaling businesses to over 100M+ ARR • Deep understanding of some verticals within the broader 'Marketplace' sector • 10+ years of successful leadership experience in enterprise/complex consultative sales • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through innovative product development and strategic partnerships • Substantial experience in team leadership and P&L management • Exceptional team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills • Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools
