• Lead a team of engineers and designers defining the future of our Builder Experience. • Reduce the time required for each customization by engineering teams. • Increase reusability of our component library. • Develop deep empathy and understanding of our builder experience. • Prioritize using quantitative and qualitative data, and align with stakeholders. • Measure outcomes using key metrics and gather user feedback post-launch. • Lead quarterly planning and team ceremonies for your area. • Communicate your vision, roadmap, and impact to leadership and the business.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in tech product management for platform/no-code/dev tools products and in a hyper growth environment. • Ability to balance long term vision with short term priorities and client needs. • Ability to communicate at a high-level with leadership while also able to zoom into details with the team and internal subject matter experts. • Empathy for our users: their goals, pain points, and how we can improve the product for them. • Strong ownership mentality.
