• As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will be a key player in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution from ideation through launch. • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new product feedback is triaged effectively. • Leading pilot initiatives and working alongside Product Managers to validate new products before they hit the market. • Developing standards and templates to streamline product development processes and drive consistency across the product team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in an operations role, preferably in product operations, project management, or solutions engineering. • Proven track record in managing the execution of product lifecycles from concept to market launch. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience leading pilot programs and ensuring thorough UAT testing for product validation. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Client Success teams. • Proficiency in product management software and tools. • Experience managing Product Briefs and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) or similar documentation. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Experience developing templates and operational processes to drive consistency and efficiency across teams.
• Base: $145,000 • Base + Bonus Target: $205,000 • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan. • Our Partner Pay Model is fully transparent and designed for co-ownership.
