Description

• Assist in preparing US and international tax reports, provisions and returns • Reconcile tax reports on a regular basis • Review accounting and compliance processes, helping to implement enhancements as needed • Stay current on tax laws, rules, and regulations that potentially impact the company • Assist with tax audit issues • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management • Cross collaboration with other departments

Requirements

• Experience with reporting and filing of US income tax for corporations • Knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax laws and rules. International tax knowledge is nice to have. • Proficient in working with different accounting and payroll systems • Skilled in using Excel or Gsheets • Ability to communicate concepts succinctly and clearly and perform well under time constraints • Excellent attention to detail • Capable of finding critical information from large amounts of data (needle in a haystack) • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances • Open to giving and receiving feedback to improve performance • Willing to tackle any task, regardless of its size or complexity • Experience in the tech sector or with startups is a plus • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field a plus

Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 • Potential semi annual bonus based on performance
