• Inviso is celebrating its 21st year of growth and profitability • Lead our global Shared Services organization across IT, HR and Recruiting • Report directly to the CEO and serve on the Senior Leadership Team • Identify opportunities and execute strategies to strengthen the business • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement • Partner with Senior Director, Finance for cross-functional processes • Develop, measure and report operational KPIs/OKRs • Develop and maintain a functional resilience plan
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years in Operations • 5+ years of direct experience in the Microsoft ecosystem • Track record of strong people leadership • Proven ability to run a global team across multiple departments • Ability to engage and motivate team members • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process skills • Strong grasp of risk management concepts • Experience in implementation of enterprise systems
