• About Invoca: Invoca is the industry leader and innovator in AI and machine learning-powered Conversation Intelligence. • The SRE Group is responsible for production uptime, observability, and platform reliability. • Our engineers are thoughtful, hard-working, friendly, and curious. • What you will do: Provide observability for infrastructure and services across the Invoca platform including tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana. • Help enable multi-region and international presence to meet developer expectations. • Solve challenging problems presented by the team and the business.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in an SRE (or equivalent e.g. sysadmin, software engineer) role • A background in Linux, Docker, and/or Kubernetes • Solid experience with configuration management and infrastructure as code • Critical thinking and problem solving • Exceptional communication skills • A strong sense of accountability
