• You will implement Human Capital Management (HCM) modules for nonprofits, school boards, and government agencies. • You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients. • Ensuring a successful changeover from existing HRP systems to our SR365 solution. • User training.
• BA/BS required. • 3+ years experience as an implementation consultant, preferably in the areas of Human Resources and/or Payroll. • Knowledge of complex human resources and/or payroll concepts. • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management. • Proven track record of effectively completing various stages of the SDLC during an implementation. • Ability to interpret raw data in order to make implementation/configuration decisions. • Ability to have productive conversations with customers to effect change management. • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form; able to lead and influence across multiple levels and multiple functions of an organization. • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
