• Who are we? • iPiD is a global leader in KYP solutions, specializing in payee verification. • Our technology empowers financial institutions and fintech companies to optimize payment experiences while protecting against fraud and ensuring compliance. • We are a fast-growing, fintech start-up founded by senior leaders from iconic payments and technology companies. • We are privileged to be supported by an A-team of advisors, including C-suite leaders at Microsoft, Commonwealth Bank, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. • Our global team has representatives in Singapore, Jakarta, Hanoi, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Amsterdam, Brussels, New York, Madrid, Johannesburg, Seattle, and London. • What are we looking for? • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Implementation Specialist to join our expanding team. • You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of our solutions for clients, ensuring each deployment is executed smoothly and by best practices. • You will be the bridge between our product and our customers, ensuring successful deployment and technical onboarding. • This is a full-time position reporting to the Chief Operations Officer. • Core Responsibilities: • Lead implementation of iPiD's solutions for clients, ensuring a seamless process from kickoff to production • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their technical environments • Prepare and provide necessary technical documentation for clients • Collaborate with internal teams, typically Engineering and Product, to implement integration solutions and workflows • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process and post-implementation • Troubleshoot integration challenges and coordinate internally to resolve issues efficiently • Conduct training sessions and create technical documentation to empower clients • Act as a trusted advisor, collect client feedback, help clients optimize their use of our solutions • Document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a technical implementation or project management role, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical implementation processes • Familiarity with APIs, databases, and cloud technologies • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Driven and proactive with a strong attention to detail • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while being a reliable and collaborative team player • Experience working in a globally distributed start-up or high-growth environment is a plus • You must have the authorisation to work in the EU
