• Identify, define and maximize sales opportunities at existing and new accounts for revenues, profit and growth of the bulk packaging products in North America. • Grow Packaging/Safety revenues and contribution dollars annually vs the AOP through the development of new customers, and new product applications with existing customers. • Accurately forecast revenue and bookings monthly for legacy accounts and GTM opportunities. • Work with legacy and new accounts on order timing that aligns with our current lead times. • Identify and define market opportunities for packaging products within territory to include end-users, OEMs, brokers, distributors, manufacturer sales representatives and competitors. • Develop expert knowledge of products, processes and manufacturing capabilities. • Manage product development process from concept through commercialization including communications with plant personnel. • Utilize and manage Sales Force database to define market opportunities, identify contacts, manage sales process, document account history, and convert leads to opportunities. • Function as primary contact and follow account management process. • Define, document and manage sales related agreements within established guidelines including terms of sale, pricing, order quantities, inventory and rebate programs. • Direct responsibility for the prompt resolution of customer complaints and use challenges within territory. • Assist with and attend business unit trade shows and conferences. • Make in-person calls within territory to qualified prospects, top legacy accounts, define opportunities, present solutions, and monitor commercialization process. • Provide organization with market intelligence concerning competitive offerings and market trends. • Assist with customer service responsibilities as needed including customer feedback, inbound inquiries, order entry, order acknowledgment and shipment tracking. • Effectively manage objectives and projects to a timely and professional conclusion. • Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of sales experience in the industry • 5 years in technical, business-to-business sales positions is preferred • Fundamental knowledge of film properties and use • Expert knowledge of the intermediate bulk packaging market • Experience with direct competitor’s products, market pricing, and business strategies • Demonstrated proficiency with verbal, written, presentation, and communications skills • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships • Demonstrated conflict management and resolution • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems, e.g., Sales Force
