• Sales management of the Thomas product portfolio within the designated region, currently Eastern Europe (primarily targeting Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Turkey). • The growth and development of new and existing business in this area is paramount in this role. • The Territory Sales Manager role involves generating new business across all customer segments, with a specific focus on OEMs, and covers all sectors of the targeted and applicable markets. • The objective is to achieve agreed sales targets by working with the internal sales team to grow the business throughout the territory, engaging both existing and new customers. • Managing the appointed sales territory - ensuring good sales growth in line with the agreed growth plan. • Ensuring regular customer visits. • Negotiate key issues, providing assistance in bringing projects to fruition. • Building and supporting strategic focus initiatives. • Ensuring follow-up of qualified sales leads and responding accordingly within the designated time limits. • Organising strategic sales plans for the territory. • Providing on-time monthly reports as required by Management. • Ensuring that all administration is efficiently dealt with. • 100% compliance with the Ingersoll Rand SDX initiative including the use of SalesForce.
