Design engaging learning materials, including videos, help articles, and live training sessions•Ensure Academy and Help Center content is regularly maintained and updated•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align educational content to product updates•Apply existing or drafted content for a topic to multiple delivery contexts to align with differing levels of technical documentation & training
🎯 Requirements
2+ years with multimedia content development (e.g., videos, instructional graphics)•Tech savvy, analytical, and able to communicate complex business software processes appropriately•Experience with content update and maintenance practices or any experience with content design tools (Camtasia, Adobe, Articulate, MadCap Flare, WordPress, Learning Management Systems)•Ability to manage stakeholders with diverse needs and points of view•Proven track record of designing effective learning materials•History of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams•HTML/CSS experience a plus
