📋 Description
• Seeking a skilled Senior Systems Administrator • Provide expert technical support, mentorship, and leadership • Act as an escalation point for complex issues • Guide Tier 2 team members • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns • Oversee ticket boards to ensure SLA compliance • Log and document incidents and tickets accurately • Manage team timesheets and conduct performance reviews • Collaborate with Account Managers for client health and feedback • Oversee daily team workflows, delegate tasks • Handle after-hours and on-call support • Involved in recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating staff
🎯 Requirements
• 4 years of related experience • Ability to train and mentor others • Experience with Office 365, Azure, and Terminal Services/WVD • Experience with Firewalls, Routers, and Switches • Experience with TCP/IP Connectivity, DHCP, and DNS • Experience with Client/Server application interaction • Successful completion of a criminal background check
