• ISMG is a global intelligence firm dedicated to cybersecurity and technology. • Lead the Quality Assurance function, ensuring delivery of flawless software products. • Conduct front-end and back-end testing, including large data sets. • Develop data validation processes and manage a reference data set. • Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and processes. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards. • Oversee the design and execution of test cases and scripts to validate software functionality. • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to optimize efficiency. • Monitor and analyze test results, identifying defects for improvement. • Establish and enforce QA best practices across all projects. • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand feedback and enhance product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a QA Team Lead, or similar role, with a strong background in software quality assurance. • Demonstrated expertise in QA methodologies, test planning, test case development, and test execution. • Intermediate proficiency at minimum in SQL or alternative query building tools. • Demonstrated experience in web technologies. • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools with a focus on continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. • Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and the software development life cycle. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and with high quality. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality software products. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Certification in software quality assurance is a plus. • Experience with versioning control and Docker is a plus. • Ability to install and configure relevant testing tools is a plus.
