• Job Summary: • Isofttek Solutions Inc., a leading staffing firm specializing in IT and non-IT recruitment, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager (BDM) / Client Partner. • The role requires a professional with over 5 years of experience in business development within the non-IT sector, focusing on the US market. • The BDM will report directly to the CEO/Indian Operations Head and will be responsible for new client acquisition, account management, delivery management, and ensuring business continuity. • Important Note: • Please be aware that this role does not include the provision of research analysts. • As a Business Development Manager, you are expected to independently identify and acquire new clients. • Job Responsibilities: • As a Business Development Manager - International, your key responsibilities include: • New Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities in the US market, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services. • Client Acquisition & Management: Drive new client acquisition in the non-IT sectors like Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Environmental Services, and Retail, among others. • Maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. • Account Management: Handle end-to-end client management, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and satisfaction. • Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate new inquiries and convert them into paying customers through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts. • Team Management: Manage and mentor recruitment teams of varying sizes, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals. • Delivery Management: Oversee the recruitment process, from requisition to placement, ensuring timely and effective delivery of recruitment services. • Consultant Management: Manage consultants effectively, ensuring their alignment with client needs and long-term engagement. • Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and recruitment best practices. Provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing in the non-IT/Non-Tech industry. Proven track record in handling full-cycle recruitment and business development for non-IT roles such as Assemblers, CNC Machinists, Warehouse Workers, Material Handlers, and Administrative positions. • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of non-IT industries including Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Environmental Services, Retail, and Scientific sectors. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), ATS systems • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and candidates. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple clients, tasks, and recruitment processes simultaneously. • Preferred: Advanced Boolean search techniques, VMS/MSP system experience, and a solid background in diverse non-IT recruitment practices.
