Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement best practices and processes affecting multiple technical specialties to achieve rapid, consistent, and high-quality outcomes. • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation, and coaching. • Must be able to give direction from a variety of management styles and roles. • Demonstrated organizational skills and capability to consistently meet tight deadlines. • Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision. • Ability to travel to domestic and international offices on short notice. • Strong commitment to humanitarian principles and values. • Demonstrated understanding of the complexities of working in diverse cultural contexts. • Adherence to strict ethical standards and compliance with IsraAID's policies. • Commitment to IsraAID’s values: Professionalism, Humanity, collaboration, Flexibility, and Adaptability.
