Description
• Our Client based in the US is offering Elderly Home Based Care and various other services. • They are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their after hours team. • Fully remote position but based in South Africa. • The hours for this position offers flexibility, with a 3 day working week of 4 hour shifts per day and a Saturday and Sunday shift of 12 hours per day. • Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and resolving client queries.
Requirements
• Fluent in English • Compassionate and confident • Responsible and reliable • 10+ years’ work experience in customer service + office duties. • Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours • Impeccable phone and computer skills • Staffing and/or health care experience • Experience working remotely and independently to the USA. • Quiet and professional work-from-home environment • Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
