• Follow-Up on Leads: Reach out to warm leads who have shown interest in dental services for nursing homes. • Service Promotion: Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of dental service packages tailored for nursing home residents. • Close Sales: Use your sales skills to encourage potential patients to sign up for our services. • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential patients in the CRM system, ensuring all follow-ups and tasks are documented. • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering any queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sign-up process.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in an outbound sales or call centre environment is preferred. Experience in healthcare or dental services is a plus. • Exceptional communication skills • Strong sales skills • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
