• Provide support to Operations by providing reporting needs that meet client requirements • Design and develop metrics and reports, dashboards, and analyses to drive key business decisions • Conduct large-scale data analysis and modelling to derive actionable insights • Review outputs for trends • Work with the team to conduct root cause analyses and communicate improvement recommendations
• Required knowledge and experience in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot or Power BI • Coding experience with M Language • Strong background in KPI Dashboards development and automation • Strong visualization experience – charts, bars, images, dynamic reports, etc. • Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
