Description

• The Resume Screening Recruiter will efficiently review resumes to identify qualified candidates. • The primary responsibility will be to assess candidates' qualifications and experience against client requirements. • This will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and success of our clients' recruitment efforts. • The Resume Screening Recruiter will screen around 300 CV's per week and conduct telephone interviews.

Requirements

• Experience in a Recruitment role (required) • Proven experience in resume screening, preferably in healthcare or a similar role (preferred) • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases (preferred) • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively (required) • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills (required) • English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)

Benefits

• Working Hours: This role requires you to work US based hours (EST) (15h00 - 24h00 SAST) Mon - Fri. • Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only. • Internet: Applying candidates must have fast internet and an available electricity backup system during loadshedding.
