📋 Description

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a fast growing US-based marketing agency. We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling and brand-consistent designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, branding, and UX, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Working Hours: This role requires you to work EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - subject to change dependant on daylight savings) Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in graphic design and branding. Proven track record (portfolio) of successfully delivering creative solutions for diverse industries. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Strong experience with Figma for wireframing and prototyping. Competence in Canva for creating quick, high-quality designs when needed. UX/UI design knowledge with the ability to create user-centered interfaces and experiences. Excellent written English skills – Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely. Highly organized and detail-oriented – Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and quality. Strong time management skills – Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset – Works well within a team while also being able to take ownership of projects.
