• Travels to dealers to evaluate and improve technical service processes • Assumes responsibility for resolution of escalated technical assistance cases • Evaluates dealer technical repair processes to ensure Isuzu standards are achieved • Attends in person legal and fire inspections • Assists TAC inbound call center, Training department, Fleet department • Conducts instructor-led technical training to support COE training function
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree in automotive technology or mechanical engineering, or equivalent directly related work experience • Minimum three years engineering/technical experience in the automotive field • Strong knowledge of diesel, gas, and electric vehicle powertrain systems • Knowledge of application engineering • Knowledge of government standards for emissions, safety, etc. • Strong mechanical and technical skills • Basic PC skills in Microsoft Office applications • Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills • Must maintain acceptable driving record
