📋 Description

• ITC Federal is seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect. • Responsible for all IT systems work performed under this program. • Establishes system information requirements. Determines and identifies high level functional and technical requirements. • Designs architecture to include the software, hardware and communications to support the total requirements. • Identifies, assesses, and presents options for meeting the functional and technical requirements. • Is responsible for developing high level system design diagrams. • Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the appropriate standards and security requirements. • Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of work flows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action. • Oversees development, testing and implementation of systems and changes. • Provides daily supervision and direction to staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Systems Engineering/Architecture OR Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience. • Desired: Experience supporting FEMA or similar disaster relief programs. • Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of flood plain management, flood insurance, and mapping and/or ASFPM Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) certification.
