Description

β€’ iTech is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with SPM experience. β€’ Implement and configure the ServiceNow SPM/ITBM module to meet project requirements. β€’ Collaborate with program leads, managers, and PMO support staff to ensure smooth transition and integration. β€’ Develop dashboards and reports to enhance visibility and tracking. β€’ Ensure end-to-end visibility of all projects within the tool. β€’ Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they meet business requirements and follow best practices. β€’ Customize ServiceNow applications using workflows, forms, business rules, UI pages, UI scripts, and other customization techniques. β€’ Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using web services, MID Server, email, and other relevant technologies. β€’ Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and teams, helping them solve complex technical issues and improve their skills. β€’ Ensure adherence to platform governance processes, including code reviews, documentation, and compliance with ServiceNow upgrade cycles. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. β€’ Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides. β€’ Implement SPM for IT Transformation Portfolio, replacing Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (ProSight). β€’ Support IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Portfolio by providing a standardized, holistic view of all project work. β€’ Establish a centralized demand intake and management process for Enterprise Demand Management. β€’ Standardize reporting for legislative implementation, reducing manual reporting efforts and increasing transparency. β€’ Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of SN SPM Module experience. β€’ Minimum of 7 years of SN Platform experience. β€’ Strong understanding of project portfolio management. β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development. β€’ Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, and other ServiceNow scripting languages, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. β€’ 2-3 years of experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX. β€’ 2-3 years of experience working in Agile development environments, including participation in sprints and scrum meetings. β€’ Understanding of database concepts, including SQL and relational database management systems, with 2-3 years of experience. β€’ 2-3 years of experience designing and customizing the user interface in ServiceNow. β€’ 3-5 years of experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and users. β€’ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers. β€’ Specific experience with the ServiceNow SPM module. β€’ Prior experience with the ITBM module and the ability to quickly adapt to SPM. β€’ Experience in IT transformation processes and project tracking. β€’ Familiarity with demand management and legislative processes.
