📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at Itential, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing products that meet the needs of our enterprise customers. • You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product development, from requirements gathering through launch and beyond. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, user experience, operations, and marketing to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and meet key business objectives. • You will work with leadership in performing market research, analyzing customer feedback, and using data-driven insights to prioritize features and improvements. • You will also engage with stakeholders across Itential to align on success criteria, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful launch and improvements of products that maintain Itential’s standards for quality and effectiveness. • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills are essential to excel in this position.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 4+ years experience in product management, specifically in the areas of infrastructure, cloud computing, or related technologies. • Strong understanding of infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, databases, and networking. • Familiarity with cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Knowledge of network architecture, security protocols, and virtualized environments. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
