Description

• Infinity Technology is seeking a motivated, detailed oriented, and customer-focused individual who will be responsible for Data Analysis and MS Excel Modernization activities in support of our U.S. Department of Agriculture customer. • The ideal candidate will be a MS Excel expert; a self-starter requiring little oversight. • All work will be performed remotely. Infrequent trips to HQ are not expected, but possible. • Background Customer needs assistance in modernization of worksheet operations. • The candidate will assist in streamlining processes and syncing up data. • Much of the data is pulled from the Financial Management Modernization Initiative (FMMI) system. • The candidate will be an MS Excel SME and perform a variety of spreadsheet tasks.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE EXCELLENT MS EXCEL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to finance (Finance, Accounting, or Analytics) a plus • 5+ years experience (10 preferred) • Knowledge of Financial Management Modernization Initiative (FMMI) • Experience in Financial Best Practices • Knowledge of financial/accounting theories, practices, methods, and techniques to independently perform a variety of assignments • Knowledge of business and financial practices, policies, regulations and procedures • Knowledge of automated financial, accounting and budget systems • Ability to write correspondence to convey information relating to processes and issues • Experience working with a federal agency customer at headquarters and/or field office level, or with state and federal regulators
