Description

• Evaluate productivity and financial data across systems. • Drive active management through collaboration with the operations management team. • Support process improvements across departments. • Produce detailed reports and presentations for managers and executives. • Drive cross-departmental engagement to foster collaboration. • Conduct on-site visits as required. • Use advanced data analytics tools to extract, interpret, and report on performance metrics. • Continuously assess operational workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in data analysis, financial and operational system evaluation, or process improvement roles. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets. • Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering reports to senior leadership. • Ability to travel regularly and engage with cross-functional teams in multiple locations. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau), Microsoft Excel, and financial systems. • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
