📋 Description
• Review complex agreements to ensure proper accounting treatment. • Process project billings, deposits, and commission payments. • Maintain detailed revenue and expense schedules. • Prepare accounting entries and monthly bank reconciliations. • Collaborate with the accounting team on reconciliations and analytics. • Support operational teams, agents, landlords, and legal/accounting departments. • Create and distribute internal reports for executive management. • Drive process improvements and standardize procedures across markets. • Ensure effective controls and coordinate external audits. • Participate in ad-hoc projects and additional tasks as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required); CPA (preferred). • Experience : Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience. • Knowledge and Skills : Residential real estate knowledge (preferred). • Strong project management and attention to detail. • High proficiency in Excel . • Experience with NetSuite (a plus). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Outstanding customer service and collaboration skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
