• Manage collections for Concierge and related programs. • Collaborate with accounting, operational teams, agents, and clients across the United States. • Drive process improvement initiatives and streamline loan program procedures. • Address inquiries related to loan programs from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience focused on accounts receivable. • Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred. • Basic knowledge of residential real estate is a plus. • Experience in consulting firms or large multinational businesses is advantageous. • Familiarity with working across multiple geographical entities is preferred. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
