📋 Description
• Lead and scale the next generation of B2B and B2C travel tech platforms. • Drive architecture, innovation, and engineering excellence. • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance engineering team. • Architect, develop, and optimize booking engines, CRM systems, eCommerce platforms, and other travel-related solutions. • Overhaul legacy systems and drive the transition to modern architectures. • Implement best practices in CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and observability. • Work closely with product managers, designers, and business leaders to align technology with company goals. • Ensure high availability, fast API performance, and system stability. • Oversee PCI compliance, secure API development, and cloud infrastructure best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering & architecture, with 4+ years in a leadership role. • Strong background in travel technology, especially in Online Booking Engines (OBEs), travel eCommerce, and group booking systems. • Expertise in Laravel (PHP), React (Next.js), AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, ECS, RDS, S3, Elasticache). • Experience leading engineering teams, hiring developers, and scaling organizations. • Deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and API-first development. • Proficiency in CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch).
