Description

• Develop and execute a SEO strategy aligned with company's overall business objectives • Analyze user data and behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization • Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates at all stages of the user lifecycle • Collaborate with engineering, design, and content teams to implement SEO best practices across our platform • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve our SEO performance • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes, adapting our strategy accordingly • Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment between SEO initiatives and broader growth objectives • Develop and maintain a roadmap for SEO and traffic growth initiatives, prioritizing efforts for maximum impact • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Requirements

• English fluent level • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on user growth and SEO • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through SEO and growth strategies • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including consensus and relationship-building skills • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback • Experience with technical SEO principles and tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics • Ability to develop and execute long-term SEO and growth strategies aligned with business objectives • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and their impact on SEO and conversion rates • Ability to develop a deep understanding of the tech stack and implications of its implementation for the roadmap and future development, as well as the ability to synthesize critical technical aspects of the platform services to partner product teams • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks • Proficiency in using and interpreting data from SEO and analytics tools such as: • Ahrefs for competitor analysis, keyword research, and backlink profiling • Google Search Console for monitoring search performance and identifying optimization opportunities • Google Analytics for tracking user behavior and conversion funnels • Similarweb for market intelligence and traffic analysis • SEMrush or Moz for comprehensive SEO audits and rank tracking • Capacity to synthesize critical technical aspects of platform services and effectively communicate them to partner product teams
