• The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in translating the technical needs of restaurant clients into scalable digital solutions. • This position focuses on gathering and interpreting requirements from external vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to configure backend infrastructure and systems. • Working closely with developers, designers, and project managers, you’ll ensure the seamless integration of custom websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms tailored to the restaurant, retail, & hospitality industry.
🎯 Requirements
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of backend infrastructure, APIs, and system integrations, with experience in restaurant technology platforms (POS, online ordering, inventory, etc.) preferred. • Requirements Analysis: Proven experience in gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions, ideally within a digital product or custom website/mobile app environment. • Cross-Functional Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, developers, and designers to ensure project success. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions under tight deadlines. • Project Management Insight: Experience in supporting project scoping, planning, and delivery within agile and fast-paced environments.
